Looking for a tech in Central Europe

Looking for a tech in Central Europe

2007-10-18 by dvdborn

A friend of mine needs to get his Fairlights repaired. One is a Series II which has suffered
from leakage of some kind on one of the cards. The other is a Series III V9 that won't boot
anymore.

Can anyone recommend a Fairlight tech in central Europe. Preferably in the neighborhood of
Belgium.

David

Thanks!

If there are any others. Please let me know. I understand that Fairlight techs are pretty rare
this side of the earth.

Best,
David

Hi,

As for the CMI IIx:

The leakage will be a leaking battery problem. Have your friend pull
the card and make some pictures. Perhaps i can help you with this one.

As for the CMI III. Perhaps I can help you out with that one too, but
let's start with the IIx problem.

I'm located near Maastricht.

Mail me offlist on synthserv (at) hotmail.com.

Regards,

Peter kersten
