Lightpen wiring on IIx

Can anybody tell me how to connect the lightpen to the monitor on a IIx when they both haven't got a connector anymore? The monitor has 4 cables coming out of it with the colours: black, white, grey and purple. The lightpen (type: LP-730) has the following cables: black, white, red, green, orange, ground.
