IIx sampling

IIx sampling

2008-10-27 by dd_62622

Hi

I'm trying to make samples using the IIx but no succes so far.
The samples came out distorted and noisy.
I don't seem to get a good line in level..(much too low I think)
Are there users out there that have experience in making your own
samples..I used a xlr to jack cable to connect to my amp .,could that
be the problem?

regards,
David

Yes I know but I was wondering why you would connect an amp to the input of
the CMI ?

I was experimenting with the page 8 sampling function.
I used a direct output signal from my amp to feed the beast some
sounds.
I tried some more today and It's staring to work...I made some bad
audio connections that distorted the signal going into the cmi.

cheers!
