Meetings in LA and NY ???

Hi All. As previously mentioned, I've been trying to organise Fairlight users meetings in LA and NY. We seem to have a venue in LA, at the LA Recording School for August 6th (TBC), but I need numbers. Either post here or PM me at horizontal_productions@hotmail.com I've had zero response from NY. Please let me know if anyone's interested there, or I'll cancel. Once again, no costs, no agenda, just a meet up, and possibly a beer. Regards, Peter Wielk Horizontal Productions Sydney.

Might I suggest Chicago if NY doesn't pan out?  I think there are a few users in the midwest.

definitely interested in meeting in NY even if just for a beer and to pick your brain.
My machine has been packed up since the storm here last October (my studio/house were flooded and we are still dealing with the aftermath).  My machine still worked then and would love to have you take a look at it. I can't host but could look into a venue - possibly at NYU - they have a working IIx and a disabled III. when are you expecting to be in NY?
