External Sequencers

I know this is probably off topic since the CMI can do it all internally but does anybody
know of a good sequencer that runs on a Mac?

I was looing at Cakewalk since that seems to be all everyone mentions but it's
Windows based and I'm on a Mac and would rather not run it through an emulator.

The three "big players" on the Mac are

- Emagic "Logic"
- Steinberg "Cubase"
- Mark of the Unicorn "Digital Performer"

Which one you choose is a matter of personal preference and the system
you're running (OS 9/OS X). Both Logic and Cubase come in different
"flavours" with varying functionality.

Thank you very much for the reply! I'm off to check out the three you mentioned. I'm
running OSX Panther.
