Hi Jerry,
I ordered mine from the UK (I'm also in the US) because I couldn't
find them anywhere in North America. You might have some luck with
mouser.com (I couldn't find the right ones, but I didn't perform an
exhaustive search) if you didn't want to order from overseas. It
appears the bulbs were primarily used in telephones that weren't US
models.
Changing them should be pretty easy, at least. You need to "pull"
out the old ones - they're tricky to get at but you can gently use
pliers, or put a cylinder of electrical tape around the bulb, or
push the outer insulation of a patch cable onto the bulb and then
pull.
