Yeah, I remember my Series III from NY costing around £850 to ship (including Import tax and duty).

Worth every penny though!!!

I might still bid on it.

Anyone know how much one of these would sell for?

Shipping a unit from the US will cost you around 1K US, decent flightcases
are around 1K as well.

Be prepared for 10K US, 6000 UKL, which is realistic. Higher is
speculation. Don't forget that if you own it privately you also need to
calculate VAT and duty on it.

My impression is that the MKB is not 1993. I own sn 149 and it came with
an 1987/8 CMI, seemingly all belonging together. I could be wrong though.

Remember that you do not see photos of the back, it does not say how much
wave memory is in the unit, MFX 021 is an early sn. I think the rack
version of the CMI is definitely 'new'. The fact that the MFX controller
is placed on top of the keyboard also means you cannot see the top of the
keyboard ...

The blue markers on all the items are unusual. Would they come from an
auction ?
