"Floating" screen problem

My screen(IIX) is making everything move a bit like floating water, it´s some time hard to "get a hit" with the pen. When i first started it(it had been standing for quite a time)smoke came out of the screen(probarbly dust), can the floating be conected to this? It must be some adjustment that can solve this...or? /Elias
