If it is the same company, your board design is outside what they've set themselves up to do... Charging you for a "special" (even if it's ONLY "special" to them, due to their business model) is something every company does... I don't disagree with your decision to go somewhere else. When I read the fine print of the board house I'm remembering--which sounds like this one-- I did the same thing. Ballendo P.S.
