Your reason is to clean all the old ink out of the cartridge in preparation for filling it with MIS PRO ink. I found an aspirator at a thrift store. I use it to suck cleaning solution through, then distilled water, then just a lot of air. That gets 99.9% of the old ink and left-over water out. Refill with the new ink.
