Well, I'd found his past mis-steps on other groups but was willing to
give him a chance here, as he started off on the right foot.

Sadly he's now posted a message (I left him on Moderated status)
saying "Moderator is a f*****g c**k s***ing wanker !!" about 20 times.
Then every reply he posted after that says things like "moderator is a
f*****g c**t", or is just one quoted message repeated about 20 times
just to annoy me, or reply to someone just to insult them, .

Sad, since -I- was kind of defending him. He didn't read closely
enough, he thought I was calling -his- post "snide". If that's all it
takes for such a reaction, I don't want him here.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
