If you need 10 some pro PCB service like futurlec could well be reasonably  
priced. The more you need the cheaper it gets per board.

If it isn't too complicated (not too many holes to drill etc.) send me a  
picture and i can tell you for what i'd make them. I need to make a couple  
of boards in the next few days anyway.
