Hello Ned,

I've had good service from either DigiKey or Mouser.  Both have an 
extensive catalogue of the parts you are asking info. on.  Usually, I 
can order Monday and have the parts in hand by Friday using 
economical ground transportation (UPS or FedEx).  DigiKey has a $25 
min. order otherwise they charge $5 handling charge.  I have no 
problem meeting the limit :-)
