Homebrew PCBs

There is another free ECAD system that runs on Windows
called KiCAD.  Here is the URL:

I've never run KiCAD on Windows, but it should run just
fine.  There is nothing particularly wrong with EagleCAD,
but the free version does have size restrictions.
