I suppose that he is regarding the professional photoresist (not KPR, 
Positiv20, and so on, that stuff is useless). The professional 
photoresist comes in liquid form and is applied with a dip coating 
machine. With a litter of it you can cover approximately 200-300 PCBs 
sized 12" by 12".
