Myc, I realise this ias blasphemy for EAGLE users, but take a look at DIPTRACE, another free pcb program.There is a direct printout of the board, so you do not have to jump through hoops. Diptrace also includes a panelization oo printouts and well as the ability to import EAGLE files.
