Check out KellyCAM and Mach 3 at ArtSoft.

I know that Mach 3 will load DXF files and cut them but only certain 
linetypes.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
