I agree... Resumes are SQUAT... Many are just KEY words for HR. The important thing is can they do the job... at your price and schedule ... So did your Guy do it $20 a "DAY" including overhead like China ? These days businesses get a Chinese EE with a masters to also to look over the design when he is laying it out.... OH and he will work 12+ hours a day without a complaint..
