Homebrew PCBs

I have been researching PCB Antenna's and found that they can be 
complicated. What I would like to know.. does anyone have a genaric 
layout for a 50 ohm 433MHz PCB antenna, if not a layout than how I 
could do it. A tutorial would be cool too. I am using Eagle CAD. I am 
going to try to etch it myself. I am only looking at a distance of less 
than 100 ft at about 2400 baud. I made a tempreture datalogger and 
would like to add a wireless unit for an outside temp.
