Andy, To solve the double sided and alignment problems at the same time, use this stuff: 5.5" x 6" Scissor Cut SS Copper Clad 0.016" thick. http://www.goldmine-elec-products.com/prodinfo.asp?number=G15697 (I am not affiliated) It is thin enough to see through. Do each side on a separate and than epoxy them together for well aligned double sided. Richard
