It does, however have a sheet of plastic film that you have to peel from the positive etch side of the board whereas the other type that I had poor results with was only in a bag. Perhaps this has something to do with the different types of positive etch boards. The plastic stuck to the board might keep the etch resist fresh or more protected from the environment. -Mike
