Next question:

If I flood my current design, I get quite a few "Islands" which cannot  
be grounded. Is it a bad idea to flood them as you'll induce all kinds  
of voodoo, or is it perfectly safe?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
