Homebrew PCBs

Both DipTrace and Eagle do mirror images. DipTrace does it in the preview window, where you can turn on or off whatever layers you wish, and mirror image any of them. In Eagle you need to turn off what ever layers you do not need to print then go to the print window. In Eagles print window you can mirror and scale the printout. I have been tempted to play with the scale, one can do both x and y axis scale. Since toner xfer shrinks a bit, I have wondered if I could scale to get accurate enough a board to CNC drill the holes. I would predrill the blank board, then mess with the scale and transfer till I got a match.
