Daniel, Thanks for the info on CNC drilling. I do have PCB-Gcode, and am in that group. Have never tried it. I used the output from DipTrace. DipTrace can directly output the drill file that I use in my CNC. It also will output a file for isolation routing in .dxf format. My CNC software will use the .dxf file to do isolation routing. My home made CNC linear bearings are a bit sloppy and I couldn't get the depth of cut consistent enough to get good isolation routing results. But, the drill file works extremely well. Will have to give it a try on the next board. Sure would be better than being cross eyed for an hour :-). I use a light table I made back when I did tape up layouts for photo reduction, to align the patterns when I do double sided. I have done several double sided boards by taping one end of the toner patterns on a scrap of board, then aligning them on the light table, slide the blank board between the patterns, then feed thru my laminator.
