That looks slick - his finished PCB has nice exposed solder pads, but the traces are still covered with green - how did he keep the traces covered with only the solder pads washed away? Q-tip to wash only pad? I don't think it would do much for my boards functionly, but sure looks nice. Wish that was half price - I'd try it.
