Homebrew PCBs

It seems the the UV coatings are becoming more popular. This is probably due
the to government air quality requirements regarding volatile organic
compounds (VOC).
A quick google shows that there are UV cure paints (coatings) being used on
furniture and autos.

They could be another source for a small sample.
