I've emailed the OP as I have crafted the trace pattern he requires using EagleCAD and will send him a pdf off-line. The circuit was available at arcade-museum.com and consists of a 7410, 3 resistors, 2N4401 and a 14 pin DIL header. So it was simple to use Eagle and the photo to replicate the PCB, estimating PCB size and positioning of the componants.
