They do make a manual dispenser for syringes, like a chaulk gun just smaller. There are two or three sizes I do not know if your syringe would even fit one. It's quite expensive. I would recommend a pneumatic dispenser instead. You can buy it new on ebay from China for 100eur, or surplus even cheaper, or you can easily make one (just a regulator, solenoid valve, and timer).
