Homebrew PCBs

Saw a water based photoresist called AQ-3000 Has anybody used it?
Did a search, there were only two posts about it and they weren't
very informative. They also have solder mask and legend ink
products. Tried to google it and didn't see a lot there either.
Product is being sold on ebay for $68 for a 1 kilo bottle. A bit 
steep for me to experiment with at the moment, especially while 
trying to rediscover how to turn out a decent PCB at home.
