Homebrew PCBs

I've got some solder paste coming in the mail. I thought a bit about solder paste masking, I have a vinyl cutter.

JoAnn Craft stores sells a transparent vinyl, sort of a cling-film. I'm going to stick some to a carrier (probably some transfer tape) and try cutting out a paste mask. It is thick enough to leave a reasonable amount of solder paste on the board. And stiff enough, I think, to survive being used on several boards.
