I spent the last week trying with the iron method, and never got very good results. Only 20 mils was 100% good. 15 and 10 was bad. Also, have you tried yourself do to double-faced board? I would like to try with the last method you described (print the 2 sides of the board on a single sheet, then fold it over the bord...) Thanks, JM
