ESR has some interesting stuff, but I'm in the US so drillcity looks like the way to go. I didn't realize that PC board fabrication is a whole sub-industry unto itself until I started looking around. I used to wire point to point on Vectorboard with wire wrap wire a lot but I don't see as well as I used to so I'm trying to switch over, get comfortable with making PCBs for everything instead.
