I found the Alcohol dries leaving more water vapor( maybe from cooling more during evaporation or it's water content?).
The Acetone removes the oils/fats and is more dry afterward.
It's great for viral disinfectant too :-) Removes the attachment protuberances for spreading
thus letting the immune system more time to kill it. IMO
