I found some cheap single sheets of 0.010" and 0.026" at electronics goldmine and I am currently awaiting delivery on those for testing. I did price out diamond core drills and gacked at the $50 - $150 price tag. Between the price, the dust issues, and the potential for the cut-outs to get caught up in the bit I am going to keep this as a last resort. -p.
