The MITER command will let you quickly turn a: wire-90-wire into: 
wire-45-wire-45-wire. You can apply it to any wire join, it doesn't have 
to be 90 degrees. Just click and drag the join.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
