Perhaps page counts will pop it at 700 pages as documented with the 
included starter toner cartridge.
I'm good with that number.
Thats a long time for me to make PCBs for hobby radios.

But what reallllly interests me in this PC DATE question is that if I am 
going to bother tearing apart
this printer to make it be a PCB print workstation then the PC I attach 
it to is not going to be anything more than
a dedicated print driver PC...which will be set up to reset its date 
upon booting up.
And the extended range $40 cartride is good for 1,000 pages?
  So I'm thinkning that if we can beat the date problem then page count 
won't be an issue.
