Apparently Mouser sells them for $26 for 500. You can get one type for 10 cents per from Far Circuits: "EYLETS .055 OD .042 ID FOR DOUBLE SIDED BOARD THRU HOLES $0.10 EACH; OR YOU CAN BUY DIRECT FROM MOUSER AT $26.00 FOR A PACKAGE OF 500." http://www.farcircuits.net/misc1.htm info is a bottom of page. I haven't tried these, but Far Circuits is a ham who sells many ham-related PCB's at a very reasonable rate IMO. I assume he would know what works well. I have no connection to them.
