Homebrew PCBs

Using an old version of Nortion Utilities, I was able to convert All 
the Text Headings to English.
I can make it available to anyone that is interested.

All that needs to be done is Replace the origional Tci.exe file with 
mine.

Nothing is changed in the Program or the Authors Credits
