I Think its definitely doable but complex, the main obstacle will be finding the optics and necessary calculatons to proyect the 96dpi image onto the board

It is about blocking UV, too. Black is fairly light resistant and so does not really need UV blockers, whereas the colors have more sensitivity to it.
