AQ 3000 Photoresist

AQ 3000 Photoresist

2009-08-14 by Don

Has anyone tried using the Genesis AQ 3000 liquid Photoresist product?
This is a liquid water-based negative resist that is manufactured in the USA. I would like to know if people have had good results with it and also what they are using for exposure system and developer chemistry.

thanks,

I still have some AQ 3000. Try to download the datasheet and follow the instructions exactly as they are. I prefer dry film photoresists, but the AQ 3000 seems very good to me. The only drawback is that you need a dip coating machine, but you can make one for yourself with dc and/or stepper motors.
