PCB-Milling

2013-02-24 by Hans

Hi ,
I make sometimes a pcb as hobby . I use the pcb program sprintlayout , convert the file to dxf and with a cam program to g-code . My milling machine is a bridgeport cnc with a highspeedspindle . It works well .
When there are two copperlines with a very small distance then is between this lines a small copperline that can become loose and can make a short circuit . Does some knows a programm that automaticly combine two lines ?

Thanks

Hans

If so, after doing the design in C1 or C2, switch to O (outline) and
draw false outlines between the initial C1 or C2 tracks.
Use only the O output further.

SprintLayout 5.0 of Abacom/Germany.
