Laminator Database

Laminator Database

2003-11-30 by mycroft2152

I've put a file in the Database section comparing the results of
different laminator / paper combinations. Please add your own
recommendations.

The first entries are the results of my purchease of a GBC Docuseal
40P laminator from Office Max this weekend for $59. (Part of my
Black Friday shopping frenzy!) I'm using the freeware versionn of
Eagle so my boards are a max of 3" x 4", so the 4" width is
no problem.

I've run both Epson's clay coated Photo Quality Inkjet Paper
(S041062) and the backing from labels with success. I've used these
for both the traces as well as the component placements.

Overall, the GBC Docuseal 40P fits my needs and I am pretty
satifized with it. Thankfully no more ironing!

Thanks,
You read my mind. I was looking at that exact laminator and
wondering about posting who has what that has worked.
