portable power supply NIM module

Mech-Tronics 512 cart need power which refer on the front panel. this
is +24v /0.01A (10mA) , -24v/0.02A (20mA) , +12v/0.1A (100mA) -12v/0.05A
(50mA) . I had translate correct requirement of power from the panel?
Also, if I made the follow circuit
τροφοδοτικο +24v, -24v, +12v και -12v
and on the position which is the bridge and capacitors change and put the battery 36v (3*12v in series) / 1.2Ah with fuse on every voltage is good choice? I have not some very special power supply. everything which is simple...but portable power supply with DC input.
second, must I power the preamplifier on serial port back of nim module?
