I've had this happen, and found that a relaunch of whichever audio driver
you use will fix it.

I.E. go to the window where you select Core Audio etc etc (I'm never in
front of my Mac when I read my Logic posts!), deselect and reselect the
check box for your system, "relaunch" when it asks you, and it _should_  be
ok.

This kind of thing has happened to me after saving, after launching Logic
for the 1st time... Pretty boring, but seems to be fixable. Haven't had loop
glitching in Audio Editor though. Could it be a graphics problem? The loop
_you_ see ain't the loop Logic sees? Bit like the old channel strip button
offset crap we had to deal with in Logic 6! That was a hoot!

BTW, are these glitches/playback anomalies happening with Core Audio, or
other systems? I've got a Tascam US428 running off Core Audio.
