I wish there was another company that made a program as musical as logic but with better customer support, silly me! the logic forum has always been a bit self-righteous and i never could figure that out. i thought that's the only place to get help with problematic issues in real time. so many programmers write and don't test performance enough before putting it out on the shelves and charging big bucks for a nice idea but very flawed product. when you try to communicate with support, you get the lesser than treatment. i'd be grateful to have people explain to me what i did wrong or need to tweak a bit if i was the writer. seems we're really the ones doing them a favor but they don't have the integrity to see it that way. hope i don't get censored. gary
