I have an Access Virus Indigo, which I used to make the sound
after she says "electric" (which I handcrafted in SoundDiver
Mac, recorded to disk and added as an audio file).

There's a whole bunch of EXS24 stuff and the EVOC vocoder going
on, which is the only MIDI/matrix editing happening in this file.
I do use Logic audio instruments quite a lot. Like for instance,
this thing I did with a bunch of local rappers is all ES2 and 
EXS24:
