Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

Hey guys/gals,

     I did this once, but can't remember how to do it.  I am using 6.3 (mac) and want to 
remember how to change an audio instrument (exsp24) track into an audio track, without 
doing a solo/bounce.
