Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

Hi Everybody,

I would love to see logic put a feature in that allows you to copy an audio track in the arrange 
page with a special key command (eg... shift+Alt and drag) that creates a back up of the 
audio file and places it in the audio window in the same move rather than just creating a 
ghost copy like the usual alt and drag... or having to double click on the audio file and 'create 
back up' which doesn't then automatically place it in the audio window...  am i missing 
something or would that be the easiest way to 'play around' with different audio parts??
i know that 'save audio as..' sort of achieves it but still one click and drag would be brilliant!!

if anyone knows of a way then feel free to make me look really small!!
