Sometimes I play with the idea of getting a G5 but how would I use one keyboard and two monitors to share with two computers? I don't want to have to double everything - for the expense, and desktop real estate. It seems silly to fork over for a G5 then never use for anything more than a node - and continue using my G4 for photoshop and everything else. Then there is the issue of disk authorizations for plugs too.
A KVM switch, but I'm not sure
that you need it for Logic Node.
I use an IOGear 4-port Miniview.
Works great - I use the Mac keyboard and mouse for one Mac and three
Windows machines. You switch machines from the keyboard.
Authorizations don't matter,
because Logic Node only works for Logic plug-ins.
