Thanks.  It sounds like a good idea.  Actually, I don't mind the EXS24 plug-in load-up 
times (extremely fast).  But I also make extensive use of East West's Symphony Orchestra 
Gold's (Native Instruments) plug-ins and they take FOREVER to load (very fat samples).  I'll 
check for their AU  files in the components folder and perhaps try your suggestion for 
those.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
